Returns

If you are not happy with your online purchase you can return it within 14 days of the original order date. An item can only be returned if it is unused with the original tags still attached; items must be in the original condition.

We don’t offer free shipping on returns. Any postage charges incurred in the original transaction are excluded from the refund amount.

Items purchased on sale are final, and cannot be returned unless faulty.

The following items are ineligble for return due to hygienic health and safety reasons:
-Perfume
-All Body Products
-Earrings
-Hosiery or Swimwear

We don't accept items that are returned smelling strongly of perfume, cigarette smoke, or body odour. 

Exchanges

Please note we do not offer exchanges for online orders by post. Instead you need to purchase the new item separately, and return the original purchase to us for a refund.  

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

After receiving the returned item, refunds usually take 24-48 hours to be approved, then 2 working days for the money to find its way back into your account depending on which bank you are with.
