Returns

All Return requests must be submitted through our returns portal.

If you are not happy with your online purchase you can return it within 30 days of the original order date. An item can only be returned if it is unused with the original tags still attached; items must be in the original condition with all original packaging included.

If you have requested a refund, the customer is responsible for paying for the cost of returning the item.

If you have requested a store-credit, we will send you a label for free return postage. Store credit will be sent after we have received the item/s back.


Items purchased on sale or discounted are final, and cannot be returned unless faulty.

The following items are ineligble for return due to hygienic health and safety reasons:
-Perfume
-All Body Products
-Earrings
-Hosiery or Swimwear

We don't accept items that are returned smelling strongly of perfume, cigarette smoke, or body odour. 

Exchanges

Please note we do not offer exchanges for online orders by post. Instead you need to purchase the new item separately, and return the original purchase to us for a refund.  

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

After receiving the returned item, refunds usually take 24-48 hours to be approved, then 2 working days for the money to find its way back into your account depending on which bank you are with.

● We do not accept responsibility for return items lost in transit. We recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.
