Seven Sundays Co. Donation Policy

As a small, independent business, we are proud to support our community.  Like many small retailers, we receive a large number of requests for donations and sponsorships each year and do our best to support as many as possible.

To ensure our giving remains meaningful and sustainable, we have the following policy:

1. Donation Requests

All requests must be submitted in writing prior to the event or fundraising date to sevensundaysco@gmail.com

Please include details of your organisation, event, and how the donation will be used.


2. Mutual Support

As a local business, we ask that donation recipients also support us in return.

Should Seven Sundays Co. provide a donation, we ask that your group/organisation acknowledges our contribution in the following ways:

A thank-you mention on your social media platforms.

Inclusion of our logo or name in your event program, poster, or website.

A tag or link back to our store where possible.


3. Preference

We focus on causes that align with our values and community.


4. Limitations

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every request. If we decline, it is not a reflection of your cause—it simply reflects the limits of what we can sustainably offer as a small business.
